History

Resolution Partners was formed (by Roddy Simpson and Hamish Ridgwell) in 2001 with the vision of providing a combination of informed sector insight and excellence in transaction execution to owner managed businesses in the insurance and wider financial services sector. Since formation Resolution Partners have successfully advised on more than 60 transactions.
